Coronavirus (COVID-19) Policy Update

Visitation

All visitors must check in at the front desk/concierge at 300 St. Luke Circle to complete a visitor health screening questionnaire, have their temperature taken and wash/sanitize their hands prior to entering the community. Visitors will not be allowed to enter the community if there is a risk concern based on the risk assessment.

Residential/Independent Living

Only essential visitors, those individuals who provide medically required health care, health services, medication and groceries, are permitted. All visits must be approved in advance..

Health Care and Assisted Living

Virtual and outdoor visits are being offered and need to be scheduled in advance.

Compassionate care visits are available as identified by the medical director and/or the director of nursing. Compassionate care visitors must provide proof of a negative COVID test result within 72 hours of visiting, to be allowed into the building.

Visiting hours could vary by care level.

Gym, Pool and Library

The gym, pool and library are open with reservations required as walk-in are often not able to be accommodated due to small group sizes. Residents who cannot make their reserved time should call and cancel their reservation, so another resident may use that time slot. Fitness classes are available on Channel 24 and live classes are available and require reservation.

    Open on Fridays from 9 a.m. – noon and 1 – 4 p.m.
    Residents should indicate whether they will be using the computer or browsing the book shelves.

Dining

For the safety of our residents and to help reduce the spread of COVID-19, all communal dining areas are closed. Pick up and delivery for all dining venues are available. Order between 9 am. – 3 p.m. by contacting:

When placing a delivery, provide your:

  • Name
  • Apartment and building number or house address
  • Order
  • Desired delivery time between 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Communication

Monthly and as-needed updates are provided to residents, families and team members.
