Life in Carroll Lutheran Village’s Diven House, assisted living neighborhood, means engaging

long they are able. That assistance is personalized to each residents’ daily living needs, so
they can pursue numerous opportunities to learn and grow.
Long-term Care
Long-term senior care is provided to our residents and individuals in the wider community at our Health Care Center, with no entrance fee. Our team provides person-centered care in our Health Care Center, which provides a comforting environment where individuals can maintain their routine and independence.
Memory Care
Designed to meet the evolving needs of those experiencing dementia, Alzheimer’s and other cognitive issues, our extensively trained team provides a smooth transition to living in our assisted living memory care neighborhood where they receive uplifting, person-centered care that focuses on overall health and well-being.
