At Carroll Lutheran Village, we believe that the best way to feel good about ourselves is to help others. Our Ministry of Caring Fund generates annual income to support residents who no longer have the financial resources to live at the Village. Our annual Golf Tournament generates annual income to directly support this resident care.
Our philanthropy program serves residents by:
- providing subsidies for residents who are experiencing financial shortfall
- meeting capital and major needs, including facility maintenance, and development, equipment or special programming needs
- allocating funds where the need is greatest, offering flexibility to the donor and to the Village
Please support us with a financial contribution. We invite you to donate today.
Ways to Support Carroll Lutheran Village
GOLF TOURNAMENT 2020
MINISTRY OF CARING ENDOWMENT
This fund was built and is sustained through planned gifts and cash contributions to the following funds, events, and appeals:
Ministry of Caring Endowment
Restricted designation for these general-purpose gifts to the endowment fund goes to support resident quality of life and services for the whole person.
Resident Assistance Fund
This fund provides assistance to residents who, through no fault of their own, have depleted their resources and are in need of financial support.
Named Tribute Funds
Income from, creation of, and commemorative gifts to these honor and memorial funds serve the needs of the Village as designated by the Ministry of Caring Endowment.
Carroll Lutheran Village Golf Tournament
An annual day of fun and fund raising on the links to support the Ministry of Caring Endowment. Click here to learn more about sponsor and golf opportunities.
Both resident and non-resident community members served by Carroll Lutheran Village benefit from gifts made by generous individuals through wills, trusts, and annuities. These planned gifts enable donors to make contributions that they otherwise may not be able to make during their lifetimes.
GREATEST GIFTS FUND
With increased need for unrestricted funds to keep up with the demand for subsidy from every level of care, this fund allows the Village to place gifts where the need is greatest.
Many people like knowing that they have given more than just funds to an organization. Funds donated toward items on the Wish List are used to purchase specific items needed to enhance the quality of village life.
ANNUAL GIVING, SPECIAL APPEALS AND OTHER GIFTS
Carroll Lutheran Village makes special appeals throughout the year and offers donors additional ways to support seniors and our mission. These include fund raising for our milestones and celebrations, for major projects, for fulfillment of our Village Wish List, and other special programs.
All gifts can be made in the named memory or honor of a friend or loved one. All gifts are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
