10 Minute No-bake Pumpkin Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 ounces of cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar (packed)
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- An 8 oz. tub of whipped topping (thawed)
- 9-inch graham cracker crust
Steps to Make It
- In a mixing bowl with an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese with the brown sugar, pumpkin, vanilla, and spices until well fluffy and well blended. Fold in the 2 1/2 cups of whipped topping.
- Spread the mixture in the graham cracker crust.
- Cover and chill the pie for two to three hours before serving.
- Serve with whipped topping and sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
