Carroll Lutheran Village Earns Prestigious Five-Star Rating for Exceptional Care

Carroll Lutheran Village has once again solidified its reputation for excellence, earning a coveted five-star quality rating from the Centers of Medicare & Medicaid Services—the highest rating awarded by the federal agency.

This recognition reflects the community’s continued dedication to high-quality, person-centered care in its health care center. CMS’s Five-Star Quality Rating System evaluates nursing homes across the country based on rigorous criteria, including health inspections, staffing levels and quality measures. A five-star rating places CLV among the nation’s most trusted and respected senior care providers.

“This five-star designation is a true reflection of the daily commitment and compassion of our team,” said Renee Garvin, executive director of Carroll Lutheran Village. “It’s a testament to how deeply we care about the wellbeing of our residents and the quality of life we strive to provide.”

CLV’s track record of excellence continues to stand out in the community. For 12 consecutive years, CLV has been voted Carroll’s Best in the categories of Best Retirement Community, Best Assisted Living and Best Nursing Home by readers of the Carroll County Times. Earlier this year, the community was also recognized by U.S. News & World Report as one of the Best Nursing Homes for Short-term Rehabilitation—further evidence of CLV’s commitment to quality, comfort and recovery.

Whether it’s award-winning care, vibrant community life or compassionate team members, CLV continues to raise the bar for senior living in Westminster and beyond.
