Over the last 40 years, CLV has grown from a nursing home to life plan community with more than 600 residents, a continuum of care, a variety of apartments and homes, and a multitude of services and amenities. Continuing our focus on being the best place to live, we’re continuing to modernize, including expanding our green initiatives – with LED lighting, energy efficient fixtures and solar panels – and renovating living areas.
