Our buildings are equipped with an emergency alert system. Additionally, our bathrooms – public and private – are equipped with pullcords, and you’ll be provided with an emergency alert pendant. With our emergency alert system in place, you can rest easy knowing help is always within reach.

Our residences are designed with built-in safety features like grab bars, slip-resistant flooring, bright lighting and wide entry and walkways so you can move around more easily. Our community is thoughtfully crafted to help prevent accidents and support your independence.
Safety and Health Care Teams
With your safety being our top priority, our safety team assists with making Carroll Lutheran Village a safe and secure place to live. Our health care team assists with keeping you healthy especially if and when you need a greater level of care (e.g., assisted living, long-term care).
Both teams are available 24/7 and are trained to respond to emergencies.
Safety-Focused Training
We provide routine training for all team members to handle safety concerns (e.g., fire, storms, fall prevention, HIPPA compliance). Additionally, team members in specialized positions receive routine training that’s unique to their profession (e.g., CPR certification, First Aid, food safety).
