Materials Needed
- Clear gallon milk jug (remove label)
- Orange felt
- Black felt
- Glue dots or hot glue
- Scissors
- 20 Count string of lights of your choice
- 3″x24″ piece of fleece (for the scarf)
- 10″x24″ piece of fleece (for the hat)
