We’re happy to share that Carroll Lutheran Village was voted as Carroll’s Best 2020 winner in the following categories:
- Best Assisted Living
- Best Nursing Home
- Best Retirement Community
This comes as great news, especially as we faced the challenges of COVID-19, which have prevented our community from operating as it traditionally has to protect the safety of residents and staff. As a result, were successful at reducing the initial surge of positive cases and are at a stabilizing point, allowing for some amenities to re-open with restrictions.
We thank our team members who have fearlessly cared for those who were impacted by this terrible virus and are tirelessly taking the extra precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and develop creative quality of life solutions for our residents.
At the end of our fiscal year, June 30, 2020 …
Forty-years ago, we broke ground for our Health Care Center and cottages. This fiscal year, there were a total of 63 residents in Assisted Living, 628 residents in Independent Living and 412 residents in our Health Care Center. Though our size, amenities and faces may have changed, our focus on quality of life and community continues to prevail.
