Baked Potato Bar
Recipe:
- 1 whole baked potato
- Cilantro (1 cup)
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1 cup)
- Bacon Bits (1 cup)
- Diced Tomatoes (1 cup)
- Diced Onions (1 cup)
- Guacamole – 10 avocados smashed, ¼ cup peppers, ¼ cup onions, ½ cup lime/lemon juice, dash of salt and pepper
- Chili – ground beef, ¼ cup onion, ¼ cup tomatoes, 1 cup black beans, 1 cup beef broth, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper
Instructions:
Serve with a side of salsa and sour cream, and build as you, please.
