Ham and Three Cheese Stromboli
Recipe:
- 2 oz ham
- 2 slices swiss, halved
- 2 slices provolone, halved
- 2 oz shredded mozzarella
- 3-4oz pizza sauce
- S+P
- Rich’s 7” sheeted pizza dough, room temp
Instructions:
- Lay out pizza dough and add ham, sauce*, and cheese. Add some salt and pepper.
- Rim the dough with water so the dough seals and roll the edge of the dough like you would a calzone or empanada.
- Cut three small vents in the dough for ventilation and add melted Italian butter.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with extra sauce.
