Ham and Three Cheese Stromboli


  • 2 oz ham
  • 2 slices swiss, halved
  • 2 slices provolone, halved
  • 2 oz shredded mozzarella
  • 3-4oz pizza sauce
  • S+P
  • Rich’s 7” sheeted pizza dough, room temp


  1. Lay out pizza dough and add ham, sauce*, and cheese. Add some salt and pepper.
  2. Rim the dough with water so the dough seals and roll the edge of the dough like you would a calzone or empanada.
  3. Cut three small vents in the dough for ventilation and add melted Italian butter.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Serve with extra sauce.
