Pierogi Casserole (serves 4)

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. (1 package) frozen potato & onion pierogis
  • 7 oz. of kielbasa sliced
  • cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup thin sliced green onions
  • 2-quart pan

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 375 degrees
  • Spray 2-quart pan
  • Thaw pierogis
  • place pierogis and kielbasa in the pan

Sauce

  1. Whisk cream cheese, sour cream, chicken broth, and pepper together in bowl
  2. Add half of the cheddar cheese and green onions into the bowl

Instructions continued

  1. Pour the sauce over the pierogis and kielbasa in the pan
  2. Cover with foil
  3. Bake for 22-27 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees
  4. Remove foil and top with remaining cheese and bake for approx. 5 minutes longer or until cheese melts
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining green onions on top

  • 4 tbsp. water
  • kielbasa sliced
  • 16 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • ½ tsp. ground black pepper
  • 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups thin sliced green onions

Instructions

  • Heat oven to 375 degrees
