Meet Rob Roe, Corporate Director of Facilities

Our Vice President of Operations Ken Connelly interviews Rob Roe, Corporate Director of Facilities at Lutheran Social Ministries of Maryland. In this newly created position, Roe is responsible for overseeing the facilities and maintenance for both Carroll Lutheran Village and the Lutheran Village at Miller’s Grant.

Roe has a background in construction for continuing care retirement communities and holds a contractor’s license. His previous role was regional director of maintenance for three communities.
