10 Minute No-bake Pumpkin Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients
8 ounces of cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup light brown sugar (packed)
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
An 8 oz. tub of whipped topping (thawed)
9-inch graham cracker crust
Steps to Make It
In a mixing bowl with an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese with the brown sugar, pumpkin, vanilla, and spices until well fluffy and well blended. Fold in the 2 1/2 cups of whipped topping.
Spread the mixture in the graham cracker crust.
Cover and chill the pie for two to three hours before serving.
Serve with whipped topping and sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
